Abstract：This paper, taking the tourists in Huangshan mountain for example, announces the characteristics of motivations of tourists in mountain resorts and analyses the differences of motivations between the different kinds of domestic and international tourists. This paper tries to provides constractive suggestions for the protection, development and management of mountain resorts.
